We’re excited to announce that IMGING version 3.0 is now available! This is without a doubt our biggest release yet. You can now leverage IMGING’s inspection capabilities and AI features on inspections performed on a mobile device without a drone. You read that right, this release introduces the ability to complete an inspection in IMGING using only your mobile device, get instant roof estimates using Speed Squares, and provides some nice updates to the user experience.
Inspections Using Only Your Mobile Device
No drone? No problem. You no longer need a drone for IMGING. With this new inspection capability, you can now perform a complete property inspection using the iOS device’s camera. Take free-form photos or select a pre-defined Inspect List for guided inspections, leverage AI Damage Detection, annotate photos, and create inspection reports and bids all on your mobile device. All features available in the Handheld Inspection task will be available when performing a Drone Inspection, but for access to handheld-only capabilities, please contact your account representative or sales@lovelandinnovations.com.
Instant Roof Estimates
Speed Squares is our instant roof estimation tool and will be included free with hand-held inspection users. With Speed Squares, you can instantly get the total squares of a roof to scribble a quick bid or estimate. You don’t need a drone, just your mobile device.
Inspect List Selection
Inspect List is our customizable inspection checklist that makes it easy to create a full inspection workflow for adjusters, estimators, or solar site surveyors in the field. In addition to the existing default options, you’ll now be able to create and select multiple Inspect Lists for different workflows, allowing you or your users to select the workflow that best fits the job.
IMGING APIs
IMGING now has APIs set up to share information and data, and send alerts to external systems when certain job milestones are completed (i.e. when measurements are available). We’ll be working throughout the year to build out integrations options, so keep an eye out for more news coming. If you have questions about integrating with a specific system, please reach out to your Loveland Innovations Account Executive.
Improved Photo and Damage Detection Review Interface
We’ve made significant improvements to how you interact with photos and damage detection in IMGING. This new interface can be found on the web, iPad, and iPhone. Current customers can learn more in the Customer Release Notes you should receive in email form. If you haven’t received them, please reach out to support@lovelandinnovations.com.
Bug Fixes and More
