We are living in unprecedented times as we all deal with the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19). I hope that all of you are doing everything necessary to keep yourselves, your families, and your communities safe. Our thoughts and prayers are with those who have been directly impacted by the virus. Most of all, we are extremely grateful to our nation’s leaders and in particular, our health care community who are all working diligently to help us all overcome it.
That being said, I wanted to provide you all with an update on the steps we are taking here at Loveland Innovations in response to the COVID-19, including how it relates to our product and service offerings, and how we can help you, our friends and business partners, continue to successfully run your business.
IMGING: There are no changes to your ability to use our IMGING software during this time. In fact, there has never been a better time to use our technology to help gather critical inspection data without requiring human interaction. Our company’s standard customer support functions remain online and available to help during our regular hours, which you can find here.
IMGING On Demand: We have been working with our service partners to understand any potential impact on their services in their local areas and currently we anticipate no disruption. Our nationwide, on-demand network of Part 107 certified drone pilots remains available for onsite data gathering and drone inspections and our desk adjusting and estimating services for IMGING On Demand Complete continue to be fully available. In addition, we recently announced that our touchless IMGING On Demand field inspection services are now available to anyone, with or without a current contract.
Service Partners: In addition to our standard code of conduct, all IMGING On Demand service partners have been instructed to follow the CDC’s suggested hygiene practices, along with sanitizing all hardware before arriving at a job site to reduce the spread of the virus. We’ve also instructed them to forgo door knocking before each inspection and to rely on phone calls and other communication methods in compliance with social distancing orders. Lastly, they have been instructed to refuse any work and inform us if they show symptoms associated with COVID-19 or have reason to believe they may have been exposed to carriers of the virus.
Remote Loveland Innovations’ Team: As an innovative technology company, we’ve had employees working remotely since the founding of our company in late 2015. Beginning in mid-March, all of our employees made a transition to working from home to ensure the safety of our employees and their families. This was a very smooth transition and we continue to run our business as usual. As a company, we anticipate no impact at all on any of the services that you receive.
We will update this post with any major developments as we hope that our products and services continue to meet all of your business needs. As always, we sincerely thank you for your continued trust and partnership with Loveland Innovations. During difficult times like these, we are especially grateful for the strong bonds we have built together.
